Aimee | Business Manager
What do you do at the office?
I’m the business manager in both our Hagerstown & Frederick offices, and help with the human resources.
Where can you find me when I’m not at work?
On the go! Enjoying time with my husband and 5 children. I’ll be over at dance, lacrosse, piano, plays, wrestling, Swimming, band practice, and more. I love water skiing, playing the piano and cooking.

I like being a part of my family’s practice and getting to spend time with my dad and brother. Even though I work more behind the scenes, I enjoy my relationships with our staff as well as watching their interactions with you the patient!

Lisa | Treatment Coordinator
What do you do at the office?
I am one of the first faces you will meet at your new appointment. It’s my job to ensure you know what’s involved with your treatment plan. I love educating parents and patients about orthodontics, and about all the great things our practice has to offer. When you leave you will know what treatment is needed, how much treatment costs, and the best timing to start.
Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
Spending time with my family; my 3 grown children and their spouses, it is my greatest privilege. I love to camp, kayak, bicycle, exercise in the early morning, and spend lots of time with my grandkids, Kinley, Jaxon, and Mia. My husband and I are empty-nesters and our newest love is our Harley motorcycle and the many trips we take with our friends exploring all the back roads and fun places!
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
YOU ! I am through and through a people person, so when I can mix my love of people with teaching about orthodontics I am in my best element. The transformation of a patients smile and confidence is so satisfying.

Lori | Financial Coordinator
What do you do at the office?
I have been a front desk receptionist since June of 2008. I take your calls, greet you upon your arrival, assist you with your needs and handle any financial responsibilities that is needed to be settled.
Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
I love spending time with my husband and 2 kids. Life has slowed down a bit, as my kids are grown. My husband and I enjoy Nascar races, antiquing, and going to Baltimore to visit our daughter.

I enjoy meeting and greeting all our patients and parents, as well as the fun friendly environment. I also enjoy the friendships I have made with my co-workers.

Rebecca | Front Desk
What do you do at the office?
I help lead our social media outlets and am also one of first smiling faces you will see in the Hagerstown office. I play a role in getting our staff involved in our community by putting together “pay it forward” projects. I am cross-trained in supporting the financial coordinator, insurance coordinator, and treatment coordinator. Ultimately, I jump in wherever is needed in the office to help smooth out any bumps we may come upon.
Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
Outside of work, I spend all of my time with my husband- Danny and 2 daughters, Annabelle and Reagan. We love anything outdoors. We have a huge passion for hunting and fishing, along with a love for guns.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
My absolute favorite part of my job are the friendships I have made. I also love seeing each proud smile march by me at the front desk when treatment is complete.

Zaylie | Records Coordinator
What do you do at the office?
A normal day in the office for me consists of meeting every new patient, taking their photos, uploading their x-rays, and sitting in on new patient exams to expand my orthodontic knowledge and cross train.
Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
If I’m not at work you can find me at Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or Target…. my favorite stores. I love to shop!
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
My favorite thing about my job is being able to meet kids of all different ages! There is just something about creating a bond with patients that touches my heart. You never know what someone could be going through so if I can make someone else happy, I am happy.

Morgan | Treatment Coordinator
What do you do at the office?
I am one of our Treatment Coordinators, mainly in our Frederick location. But, I am also cross-trained to support the clinical team as an Orthodontic Assistant. I love traveling between both offices to be able to meet each patient and their families.
Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
You can find me at home with my husband, Brad and our 2 kids, Bennett and Maizie. Most of my free time is spent with my family and close friends!
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
My favorite thing about my job is seeing how happy patients get to not only start treatment but end it as well. There is no greater feeling than giving someone the smile of their dreams, making them as confident as they can be. Also, I enjoy the friendships I’ve made with my co-workers. It makes coming to work that much better!

Jennifer | Front Desk
What do you do at the office?
I am one of the Front Desk team members.
Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
I spend most of my free time traveling, hiking, and spending time with my family.

Susan | Lab Technician
What do you do at the office?
I work in the lab fabricating appliances and models. I also operate the 3D printer that makes the models of the teeth.
Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
Spending time with my family and friends and going for walks with our dog, Cooper. I also have a passion for educating people on skincare and make up with my Mary Kay business.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I enjoy doing different tasks within the lab; every day is different! I like knowing that the work I do makes someone smile better!

Katie | Lab Technician
What do you do at the office?
I work in our in-house lab making appliances and operating our 3D printers.
Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
Outside of work, I enjoy being home focusing on arts and crafts. I also love spending time with my family and playing with my 2 dogs and pet bird.

My favorite thing about my job is my coworkers in the lab and learning how to create appliances and retainers.

Tiffany | Lead Assistant & Scheduling Coordinator
What do you do at the office?
I am responsible for the input of schedules into the system. I also schedule all clinic staff for both the Frederick and Hagerstown offices. I am also a senior most clinical assistant.
Where can you find me when I’m not at work?
When I am not at the office I am usually enjoying time with my family. My husband and I are new grandparents to a sweet baby boy and are soaking up every moment of that.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
I enjoy the interaction with patients and their families. Watching ones smile transformation is very rewarding. The physical transformation is sometimes a major transformation of ones confidence level too.

Tina | Orthodontic Assistant & Inventory Manager
What do you do at the office?
I am a clinical assistant with my Radiology license and manage the inventory, although I was cross-trained to do pretty much anything in the office. I’ve been here since July 2003. On the side, I always love making the staff, patients, and families smile and laugh with my singing in the clinic!
Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
I love spending time at home with my granddaughter, Madilyn and my 3 fur babies Bella Rae, Josie May, ad Sage Lee. I am not a winter person- I love spring, summer, and fall. I love to swim and enjoy being outdoors.
What’s your favorite thing about your job?
Seeing the completion of a beautiful smile and watching our patient’s self esteem rise to the highest level. I always enjoy hearing the positive feed back from patients that they receive once they are finished their treatment from their friends and families.

Danielle | Orthodontic Assistant & Inventory Manager
What do you do at the office?
I’m an Orthodontic Assistant in our Frederick and Hagerstown locations and hold both my Qualified Assistant Certificate and my Radiology license. I also help with ordering clinical supplies as well as marketing, especially our Annual Summer Splash Bash.
Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
In my spare time, I love to be outdoors, either camping or boating with my family.

My favorite thing about my job is knowing I play a part in giving patients a smile that will last a lifetime.

Renee | Compliance Coordinator
What do you do at the office?
I oversee day to day clinic operations, infection control protocols for the entire office and training of new orthodontic assistants.
Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
At home with my husband and 3 kids. I love to read and watch movies. I am a die-hard Michigan State Spartan Fan and love everything that is Irish or Ireland.

I love to see patient’s smiles transform but in the safest way possible. I am a total nerd about dental infection control!

I am one of the Orthodontic Assistants with my radiology license.

Where can we find you when you aren’t at work?
Outside of work, I spend most of my time shopping with my daughter, Lanie! We love going to Starbucks, Target, thrifting, and antiquing. I also enjoy spending time, crafting, and doing diy projects with my boyfriend, Loudan.
