Your Role

What You’ll Do

  • Assist chairside with orthodontic procedures
  • Prepare teeth for bonding and debonding
  • Support bracket, band, and appliance setup
  • Place and remove appliances as permitted
  • Take digital x-rays, photographs, and 3D scans
  • Maintain complete and accurate patient charts
  • Educate, encourage, and motivate patients
  • Help manage a busy clinical schedule
  • Assist with chairside scheduling when needed
  • Complete daily clinical and sterilization duties

  • A willingness to travel between both office locations

  • Orthodontic assisting experience is a plus
  • Digital scanning and x-ray experience is a plus
  • Invisalign® ClinCheck experience is a plus
  • QOA or dental assisting credentials are valued
Licensing note: A Maryland Dental Radiology License is strongly preferred. Candidates who are actively pursuing applicable credentials may also be considered based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit.
